Danielle developed a passion for living a healthy and active lifestyle while growing up in Florida. She played multiple sports including: volleyball, tennis, softball and currently competes in road races and triathlons.
Earning her bachelor's degree in athletic training from USF and a master's degree in counseling from SEBTS, she went on to work in various settings to refine her skills. Previous positions include:

After working 10+ years as a certified athletic trainer, she decided to create FemaleF.I.R.S.T personal training to meet the specific needs of women. She not only wanted to offer weight-loss training but also training that included injury prevention and corrective exercises to maintain a healthy body. With this program she is able to cater to your busy schedule, offer fun and challenging workouts, and deliver maximum results in optimal time!
Danielle is not only an athletic trainer, she is also a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
